How easy is it to engage one of your associates?
Just call or email one or our highly trained team and they will handle your requirements. They build a profile of the individual you require by assessing essential/ desirable skills, background and experience requirements to identify potential candidates. The engagement process is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your needs; once terms are agreed we can have the individual on site as quickly as you require.
How do the charges work for this service?
We supply the associates to you on an hourly or daily rate. They complete a monthly timesheet, which needs to be verified by you, and you will be invoiced at the end of each month.
You only pay for the hours/days that the associate works; if they are on holiday or absent due to sickness no charge is levied for these periods.
How do you guarantee that your associates have the relevant skills?
Currency of skills is obviously very important for us; we are growing our database by around 200 per month which ensures that our associates are up to date with the latest techniques and legislation.
Advanced recruitment techniques and processes are used to qualify an individual’s suitability for a role, ensuring that our associates "hit the ground running".
What if the associate doesn’t meet our expectations?
In the unlikely event that this happens, the associate will be removed from site immediately and a suitable replacement will be found as quickly as possible.
How do you guarantee the identity of your associates?
We validate the identity of all potential associates when they initially register with us. They are required to complete a Compliance Questionnaire part of which requires them to supply verified passports, utility bills, current driving licence, at least two referees and service certificates.
