As the majority of our associates at G4S Policing Solutions are affected by IR35, we recommend that associates get paid via a PAYE Umbrella Company. A PAYE Umbrella Company acts as the employer to independent contractors working under a temporary contract.

The PAYE Umbrella will take care not only of your payment of tax and National Insurance whilst you are contracting, but will also manage invoicing and payroll coordination with G4S Policing Solutions. We recommend two PAYE Umbrella Companies at G4S Policing Solutions who we have worked with for some time and meet our rigorous standards of compliance and customer service.
