Starting a New Career

We regularly speak to candidates who are concerned about their futures and are not sure what to do next. Often they are former or retiring police officers who have spent thirty years within the same organisation, although during this time they are likely to have done different roles and learned a unique set of skills.

We recognise that new candidates start basing their opinion of a service from the first contact they have with the organisation providing it. This might be through visiting our website, receiving a telephone call from us through a referral or by meeting one of our staff at a pre-retirement seminar or external event. We hope our consultative approach can help you come to terms with the big change you are about to experience.
